  • I. Perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor automated systems, isolate problems and perform repairs.
  • II. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in start up assistance and testing of automation and controls systems.
  • III. Troubleshoot maintenance systems such as hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • IV. Proficiency in electrical installations for manufacturing equipment.
  • V. PLC logic controls and programming with Allen-Bradley, GE Fanuc, and/or Siemens.
  • VI. Operate robots when necessary to successfully troubleshoot robotic operations.
  • VII. Process improvement and implement corrective actions.
