- Properly assemble, wire, and install a wide range of components that make up automated build to print equipment and controls in a timely manner.
- Works from blueprints, assembly layouts, engineering schematics, or sketches using electrical skills to accomplish objectives.
- Learns how to use tools of the trade(i.e. N.E.C., test meters, hand tools, power tools), which assist him/her to be productive in meeting the department objectives.
- Performs work with attention to high quality standards and with attention to details.
- Open and willing to learn skills to do the job from others with more experience.
- Follows verbal and written instruction to accomplish department work assignments.
- Follows department procedures and process flow.
- Cross train within department to build skills which build flexibility into the group.
- Safely completes assigned tasks in an efficient manner using proper tools, methods, and safety equipment.
- Keeps work and assigned areas clean and organized.
- Exhibits a positive and proactive attitude.
- Displays approachable and flexibility as a strong team player. Demonstrates dependable attendance.
