• Assists in properly assembling a wide range of components used in the assembly and installation of build to print equipment in a timely manner.
• Works from blueprints, assembly layouts, engineering schematics, or sketches using mechanical skills to accomplish objectives.
• Learns how to operate shop equipment following company procedures, which assists him/her to be more productive in meeting department objectives
• Performs work with attention to high quality standards and with attention to detail.
• Open willing to learn from others with more experience, skills to do the job.
• Follows verbal and written instruction to accomplish department work assignments.
• Follows department procedures and process flow
• Cross train within department to build skills, which allow flexibility to the group.
• Safely completes assigned tasks in an efficient manner using proper tools, methods, and safety equipment.
• Keeps work and assigned areas clean and organized. Exhibits a positive and proactive attitude. Displays approachable and flexibility as a strong team player. Demonstrates dependable attendance.
