    • Works from complex blue prints and performs material optimization to efficiently manufacture the part to print for the next step in routing procedure.
    • Has a broad knowledge and ability of fabrication practices such as welding, forming, punching, burning layout work and sawing.
    • Maintains a high degree of productivity.
    • Recommends improvements in designs and procedures to Supervisor.
    • Versatile on all the equipment practices used within the Fabrication Shop for the completion each task.
    • Maintains a safe working environment utilizing safety procedures and keeps all work areas clean and free from debris.
    • Work is free from errors or omissions, with attention to details, avoiding the necessity to perform additional work to complete it.
    • Properly record all time entries to daily time sheets and correctly completing all information for syteline. This shall include Job Number, Quantity worked on, if completed or not, drawing number, and task number.
    • Complete other duties as assigned.
    • Return all prints in order with completed parts to team leader. With appropriate initials and greenlines per company quality process QP-009.
    • Positive and proactive.
    • Approachable, flexible and a strong team player. Dependable attendance. (Each employee is responsible to use ABCO's in/out software on a daily basis).
