- I. Assist in the development of SOP’s specifically focused on plant manufacturing.
- II. Develop visual controls and signage in the plant to reinforce processes, provide metrics.
- III. Assist Lean Ops. Coordinator with Lean oriented processes to improve 1000 efficiency and standardize work.
- IV. Partner with plant operations staff to collect observations, ideas and solutions. Gather best practices.
- V. Perform fabrication of design dedicated to aid in process improvement
- VI. Recommend modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
