On-the-job Training

• Install, repair and/or replace interior and exterior lighting and lightning equipment
• Install, repair and/or replace alarm systems (instrument or process controlled) together with signal systems and PLC
• Repair and maintain electric motors
• Install, repair and/or replace and maintain controls for electronic controlled equipment, AC/DC motors, power service, AC/DC generators, heating and cooling equipment, protective devices, switchgear and transformers.
• Install, repair and/or replace electrical wiring and conduit for low voltage, single phase, three phase 0-480 volts
• Perform acetylene welding and cutting, arc welding and MIG/TIG welding
• Operate and use boom lifts, scissor lifts, and cranes
• Perform safe work practices, maintain safety within federal, state and company safety rules and attend all safety meetings and training
• Construct and/or remodel metal or wood framed structures or enclosures using hand and power tools and equipment
• Install, repair and/or replace plumbing including piping and valves and electrical controls for the same
• Install, repair and/or replace pumps and the general maintenance of the same
• Install, repair and/or replace compressors together general maintenance of the same
• Maintain, repair and/or replace mixers, belt conveyors. elevators, fans, blowers, drives and water systems
• Read and interpret blue prints, estimate material and labor
• Install, repair, maintain and operate steam boiler
