Cedar Hill Continuing Care Community

LPN's provides direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting and supervises the day-to-day activities performed by other nursing team members. They coordinate care in line with prof. standards of practice through physician orders, policies/procedures, and regs. LNAs have the skills to perform activities of daily living in a prof. manner, provide direct patient care, effectively communicate, understand infection control, perform safety/body mechanics, and legal and ethical issue.
