  • Daily, collect and organize all the previous work day production reports, generate the reports required to plan production
  • Meet daily with Production Supervisors and Production Manager to generate daily production and weekly planning
  • Generate daily schedules for Initial Inspection, Buffing and any other needed schedules
  • Assist in the weekly "in/out meeting" on behalf of the Production Department
  • Process the daily "JD Edward" Work Order and Form 8130 corrections
  • Regularly monitor casing and finish goods inventories
  • Work closely with Financial, Accounting and Production Departments in the coordination, preparation and in the actual physical inventory done usually twice a year
  • During the first two work days of the month, process the specific month closing production reports and send them to the required departments
  • Ensure that Warehouse and Production Departments have the proper communication to ensure appropriate flow of available casings into production
  • Maintain the production discrepancy log and graph
  • Generate the NDI reports, material usage and any other reports as required by Director of Manufacturing
  • Assist with additional reporting as needed
  • Follow all BAU safety, quality and company policies and regulations
